What it is:

What it does: 

Applies lip product.

How to use:

• Remove cap and place it on the bottom of the brush for a longer brush handle and ease of application.
• Dip brush into lip product, lightly or generously depending on desired opacity, and apply to lips.
• When finished, carefully place the cap back over the brush head, making it portable.
