Orders
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, we'll do our best to assist.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available at checkout for eligible orders.
Can I purchase a gift card?

Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer complimentary ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $250.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders under $250 will be charged shipping at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, ByGeorge ships within the United States only. We are unable to offer international shipping at this time and apologize for any inconvenience.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
My package shows delivered, but I can't find it.
Please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If you're unable to locate your package, contact us and we'll help investigate.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Online returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee and refunded to the original payment method unless store credit or an exchange is selected.
What items are final sale?
Sale merchandise and select beauty, jewelry, handbags, accessories. Please reference our return policy for more information.
How do I start a return?
Log in to your account and locate the order in your order history to submit a return request.
Can I return an online purchase in-store?
Yes, purchases made online may be returned in-store at our Lamar or Westside Market locations within 7 days of delivery.
What is your in-store return policy?
In-store purchases may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of purchase.
Store Credit
How do I use my store credit?
Sign in to your account or Shop Pay using the email address associated with your purchase. Available store credit will automatically appear at checkout.
Product Information
An item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
Some items may be restocked. Contact us for availability or to be notified if additional inventory becomes available.
How can I find sizing information?
Sizing guidance is available on product pages. For additional assistance, contact our team.
Can I request additional photos or measurements?

Approvals
What are Approvals?
Approvals allow eligible clients to try select items at home before committing to a purchase.
How do Approvals work?
An authorization is placed on your card for the selected items. You'll have a designated period to decide what you'd like to keep, and you'll only be charged for those items.
