Shipping
We are pleased to offer domestic shipping within the United States via FedEx and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination to ensure the most accurate rate.
All shipments are fully insured.
If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, please include this request in the order notes at checkout.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed over the weekend will ship within 1–2 business days beginning the following business day.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email.
In-Store Pickup
Local to Austin? We are happy to offer complimentary in-store pickup.
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before arriving. Pickup orders will be prepared at the location selected at checkout.

Delivery & Carrier Information
Once an order has been shipped and is in the care of FedEx or UPS, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier. While we are happy to assist in tracking or filing claims, ByGeorge is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier. As all shipments are insured, we are happy to assist in initiating a claim when applicable.
For added security, we recommend requesting signature confirmation at checkout.
