Online Purchases
Online purchases are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee and will be refunded to the original form of payment unless store credit or an exchange is selected.
To initiate a return, please log in to your account and locate the item you would like to return in your order history. Follow the steps to submit a return request.
In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Refunds to the original form of payment are not available for in-store purchases.
Eligibility
All items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags attached. Shoes must be tried indoors on a protected surface; returns with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted.
Items may not have been used for personal, promotional, or commercial photography, including social media. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Final Sale
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
- Confirm with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary
- If still unresolved, please contact for further assistance
Shipping & Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If ByGeorge provides a prepaid return label, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose to create your own return label, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
