Online Returns & Exchanges
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Approved returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee and will be refunded to the original form of payment unless an exchange or store credit is selected.
To initiate a return, please log in to your account and locate the item you would like to return in your order history. Follow the steps to submit a return request.
Returns requested outside of the 7-day window, or items showing signs of wear, will be denied and returned to the customer at their expense.

Eligibility
All items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags attached. Shoes must be tried indoors on a protected surface; returns with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted. Items may not have been used for personal, promotional, or commercial photography, including social media. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund:
Fine Jewelry, Beauty, Swimwear, and all Sale items are final sale.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

Shipping & Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If ByGeorge provides a prepaid return label, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose to create your own return label, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
