The Akari ring, with a width of 8mm and imprinted with ridges measuring 1mm, has a thickness of 4mm at its thickest point. Its inner and outer diameters vary according to different ring sizes.

When Isamu Noguchi developed his first lamps, his mission was to construct and manufacture timeless yet modern pieces. Produced in Gifu, Japan, his set of lighting works called Akari, illuminates its environment with warming glows while offering a sense of physical weightlessness. The Akari ring offers that same sentiment with its almost Saturnic ridges, delicately encasing the finger and reflecting glimpses of light.
