In-Store Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup as an option for our local Austin customers. Simply select “in-store pickup” at checkout and you will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready. Bring a copy of your order confirmation and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for one week.

Online Return Policy
We accept returns requested within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please log in to your account and locate the item you would like to return in your order history. Follow the steps to submit a return request. Items must be returned in original condition to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
