Shipping Rates
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following business day.

In-Store Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup as an option for our local Austin customers. Simply select “in-store pickup” at checkout and you will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready. Bring a copy of your order confirmation and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for one week.
International Shipments
International shipping is currently unavailable.
Online Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned in “as purchased” condition, with original sales tags attached within 7 days of receipt. A return authorization number and return address must be requested from orders@bygeorgeaustin.com and must be included on the outside of the return shipping box. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
In-Store Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned in “as purchased” condition with the original sales tag attached and accompanied by a sales receipt within 14 days of purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
No cash or credit card refunds.
All sale items, special orders, jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE.
