19/99 Tinted Matte Balm in Terra.

A moisturizing, satin-matte balm that glides on for lightweight color in a universal shade of plum. Formulated with natural oils and wax for comfortable, moisturizing wear on lips, eyes and cheeks.

Tinted Matte Balm comes with a pencil sharpener.

Formulated with a lower pigment level. This creamy balm delivers sheer, buildable color and a comfortable, lip balm finish.

Apply where color is desired. Sharpen using the sharpener included with the Balm.
