By George accepts the following for Internet purchases:

  • MasterCard

Your card will be charged when your order is processed. Sales tax will be added to all shipments made within the State of Texas. Sales tax also applies to shipping charges.

shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before the order is shipped. We ship Monday - Friday during normal business hours. Orders received after 3 pm CST will be processed the next business day.

We ship UPS insured and offer 3 shipping options within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii): Standard (ground), 2nd Day Air and Overnight Next Day Air, which does not include Saturday delivery. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, and are required by our credit card processors to verify a credit cards' billing address. Please note that shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be more expensive than our standard domestic UPS rates listed below.

allowed addresses

We offer international shipping to a number of countries, but it is at our discretion. By George reserves the right not to ship to certain countries and locales. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes.

international shipping

We ship internationally to many regions around the globe. We charge a standard flat rate of $100 and do not guarantee arrival time. Customer is responsible for all applicable duties and taxes upon receiving the shipped goods. We can not accept returns on international shipments at this time.

security policy

Your online transactions with bygeorgeaustin.com are secure. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, allowing safe Internet transmission. This makes your use of a credit card over the Internet as safe as placing an order over the telephone when calling our store.

orders not fulfilled

Occasionally, we may have just sold an item which you ordered, and have not had time to take it off our site. We apologize for any disappointment, but we will reach you to see if you would like a substitution or just a cancellation. Additionally, we reserve the right to not fulfill any order of an item listed in error.

returns

Online orders can be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of customer receipt of the order. We will issue a full refund or exchange for unworn, unwashed, unaltered, non-sale merchandise. Refunded items must include all original tags. Shoes must be returned in their original box. Returns must be postmarked within seven days from the time you receive your order. Merchandise must be returned prepaid and insured by the customer for its full purchase price to By George. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges.

All returns must include a completed Return Request Form and all merchandise must include original tags. It is at the discretion of By George to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use.

Please Note: Sale merchandise up to 40% off may be returned or exchanged for online store credit ONLY, and is subject to availability. Any item on sale for more that 40% off is considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.

cvv2 protection

By George's checkout process requires the CVV2 number as an additional precaution against fraud and identity theft. This number appears as a three-digit code on the back of your visa or mastercard, after your card number, or as a four digit code printed on the face of your american express.
