ByGeorge prides itself on outfitting Austinites and visitors alike with head-to-toe looks.  We strive to offer a strong edit of the best designers and emerging lines, always with a high level of service, beautiful presentation and an eye toward hospitality.  With two locations, our sales team assists our customers in building timeless wardrobes and consistent looks.

 

Who you are

You are passionate about fashion retailing and being a part of the ByGeorge brand.  You are self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.  You contribute to the working environment by motivating other sales team members with strong leadership skills, positive attitude and professionalism.

 

Responsibilities

  • Keen interest in providing excellent customer service while maintaining and promoting our hospitality brand
  • Eagerly takes on tasks and new challenges with a sense of personal responsibility
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail that will translate to efficient register transactions, fitting room attending, floor zoning

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; HS Diploma required
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years retail sales/customer service
  • Flexible hours with an average maximum of 25 hours per week, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
