ONLINE RETURN POLICY

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Full-priced merchandise (excluding accessories) can be returned for a full refund or exchange. Returns must be postmarked within seven days from the time you receive your order. Items should be returned in original and unused condition with all ByGeorge and designer garment tags still attached. If tags are removed, the item will not be accepted for return. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and a refund refused. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, shoeboxes and leather tags should be included with your return. All returns must be approved by ByGeorge.

Accessories are non-refundable—only an online credit will be issued upon return of the following: handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, scarves, belts, hats, intimates and apothecary.

All returns must include a completed Return Request Form (which you will receive with your shipment). Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Our local customers may visit our Lamar location at 524 N. Lamar for any exchanges or returns within 7 days of receipt of your online purchase.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return and your Return Request Form we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email confirmation.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs and insurance for all returns and exchanges.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Repackage your return securely in a box comparable to the one you received your item in.

Fill out your Return Request Formcompletely, and enclose WITH A COPY OF ORIGINAL RECEIPT. Save copies for your records.

For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS, UPS, FED EX, DHL or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

Keep the Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to us.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue the appropriate refund or online/store credit and send you a copy of the receipt via email or US Postal Service.

Returns must be postmarked within seven days from the time you receive your order.

Merchandise must be returned prepaid and insured by the customer for its full purchase price to ByGeorge. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges.

ByGeorge is not responsible for any uninsured return items that are not received.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Online purchases and in-store return policies differ from one another. Merchandise purchased in any of ByGeorge’s three retail locations (Lamar, The Mens Shop, South Congress) may be returned for exchange or store credit only within 14 days accompanied by a receipt.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

ByGeorge will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or receipt of online order for store credit only. Merchandise not purchased at full price is ineligible for price adjustments.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
